No Pass No Pay Guarantee

We are so confident that you will pass any corresponding exam by using Lambers products, that if you fail the test we will refund your purchase!

To qualify for a refund you must:
  1. Be the registered purchaser
  2. Fail the corresponding exam twice (no time limit)
  3. Contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 272-0707 (US and Canada) (727) 342-7950 Int'l. or via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to claim this guarantee and provide your proof of purchase along with copies of failing exam notices for both failed attempts
  4. Return the corresponding software
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any packages sent without a RMA # will not be accepted. It is recommended that returns be sent to Lambers via UPS or Federal Express.

This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Lambers. Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns of this type must be received by Lambers or postmarked no later than 30 days after receiving second failed notice from official test vendor.



Corporate membership, corporate licenses and reseller inventory are not eligible for the above Guarantee.



Product Updates

All Lambers Test Prep products (except the CFA products) automatically update themselves when they are opened.

All Lambers Video Courseware are updated free for one year after purchase (shipping charges apply).

After one year there is a charge of half the current listed price (shipping charges apply).

Lambers Text Books and Flash Cards are not eligible for free updates.


Return Policy

All sales are final.

Any Lambers products that have been opened, downloaded or used are not eligable for return.

Any non-failing returns accepted by Lambers Customer Service will carry a 25% restocking and administrative fee.

Any product returns accepted must have an RMA# on the package. Any packages sent without an RMA will be refused.


Product Defects or Shipping Damage

Any products damaged during production or shipping will be replaced at no charge.

Any damaged products must be returned within a reasonable time frame and must have an RMA# on the package.
