The CompTIA A+ 220-901 course is the introduction to computer troubleshooting and technical support. This course focuses on establishing best practices in troubleshooting, networking, and security across a variety of devices. It covers the ability to assemble computer components based on specific requirements, and how to install, configure, and maintain PCs and software for end users. It also teaches basic networking and virtualization skills, plus appropriate customer support. And it gives students the knowledge to properly diagnose, resolve, and document an assortment of hardware and software issues through proper troubleshooting techniques. This course is preparation for anybody planning to take the CompTIA A+ Certification exams. Upon completion of this course, students should also complete the CompTIA A+ 220-902 course, as preparation for the second half of the that two-part exam.
