In this 6-video course, learners can explore ways in which to enhance presentation by using basic editing capabilities in PowerPoint for Office 365. You will learn how to select items in a slide, and several ways to edit an item. You will then learn how to move items between slides by using cut, copy, and paste functions. Next, you will observe how to use the Selection pane to select specific items in a slide. You will learn to use the Clipboard, which stores the information you have selected, and keeps the formatting applied in the original item or text. This course continues by exploring several available tools in PowerPoint that can be used to organize items within a slide, including how to adjust the alignment of items, and how the slide is layered by bringing objects to the front or setting them behind other items. This course concludes by demonstrating how to group items together, and how to modify or move the entire group.
