Discover the various graphical user interface (GUI) and command-line tools used to manage Amazon Web Services (AWS) resources. Explore various cloud migration strategies and how to tag AWS resources. In this course you will learn: cloud solution design principles and how they can meet business needs; how to use AWS Management Console GUI, as well as how to install and use the AWS Console mobile app for viewing resources; how to install AWS CLI (command-line interface) and use as a tool to manage your services; and how to install and use Powershell which lets developers and administrators manage their services and resources in the scripting environment.  Also learn how to tag AWS resources which means adding additional metadata, such as tying it to a project, a department, or a cost center. The course wraps up with training in migration, use of Snowball, resource tagging using Powershell and CLI, and deploying an Amazon Linux EC2 instance containing the CLI. This course can be used in preparation for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate SAA-C02 certification exam.
