In this course, participants will learn the key aspects of the AWS shared responsibility model as a cloud security framework that dictates the security obligations of a cloud computing provider and its users to ensure accountability. AWS has the responsibility of the provider in this relationship, and at the forefront of that responsibility is security. Customers have complete control over their content and they are responsible for managing critical content security. The content they store on AWS is their responsibility. Upon completion of this course, you will have an understanding of the shared responsibility model with AWS and its users and the importance of a joint shared responsibility between the provider and the consumer.
